1. What is the Jubilee Year?

1.1 Sabbath Year

Jeremiah (by Michelangelo)
God commanded Moses to count years by sevens, with the seventh being a holy "sabbath" year even as the seventh day of the week was sacred (Lev. 25:3-4). Hebrews refer to these years as numbered from one to seven, but in my work I also refer to them in capital letters as years named SUNDAY through SATURDAY, with SUNDAY being the first year (like Sunday is the first day of the week), and SATURDAY being the sabbath year, even as Saturday was the sabbath day.[1]
