The Book of Kathryn costs $25 which includes shipping within the U.S. You can pay by credit card or using foreign currency by going to http://www.paypal.com, choose the "Send" tab and send the payment to the e-mail address: money at (use symbol @) johnpratt.com. Or send a check or money order to the address below. Add another $15 shipping if outside of U.S. If more than two copies are ordered, add another $5 shipping per book.
If you buy one more bundled with either the The Creator's Magnificent Clock ($19) and/or the new 2021 Wall Calendar ($20) and/or the new CD of articles ($20), you can take $5 off from the shipping of each of the additional items. For example, if you buy one of each of those four items, the total cost is only $25 + $14 + $15 + $15 = $69 instead of $25 + $19 + $20 + $20 = $84, which saves $15 in shipping costs.
