Czech Reunion, Frances is honored as a Czech pioneer.

The Czech mission was reopened after 40 years behind the iron curtain. President and sister Richard Winder presided 1991. Left to Right: Mary, Julie, Megan, Frances, Ruth, Karen, and Monica. We sang: I am a Child of God in Czech for the program. We presented Sister Barbara Winder with a Czech head-dress of flowers & ribbons. It was a wonderful time of rejoicing for the long wait to see the Czech mission re-open.
